About Us:

         Primetime Prep Players was created in the Spring of 2000 by Senior Consultant Blase Iorio. An established high school football coach from a small town in western Pennsylvania, Blase was frustrated by the lack of interest from college coaches toward the smaller schools. His son, Blase Iorio, Jr., was an all-conference lineman in his sophomore and junior years, but was not receiving much interest from college recruiters. Blase decided that it was time to implement a plan, "If they won't come to us, then we'll go to them." He developed a marketing plan to ensure maximum exposure to college recruiters, by doing so, Coach Iorio was able to help his son fulfill a childhood dream. Blase, Jr. graduated in 2006 from Penn State University. His resume includes: PSU Football Letterman, Big Ten Champions, Capitol One and Orange Bowl appearances, and most importantly......his Degree!!

         Primetime Prep Players has gone to work for many more student-athletes since its humble beginning. The consulting staff has grown and currently has over 75 years of combined high school coaching experience. Primetime Prep Players prides itself to be able to remain personally involved with their student-athletes.
