Player Bio Submission Agreement:

    By clicking 'Proceed' you are hereby stating that the information that you are about to submit is completely honest and error free. Misrepresenting any facet of the player biography is cause for immediate dismissal of services. The information submitted, along with other materials, is given to college recruiting officials. Scholarship opportunities can be revoked for false reports.

    You are hereby agreeing that Primetime Prep Players is a professional service organization offering consultation to high school athletes interested in continuing their athletic careers at the college level. The Athlete acknowledges that Primetime Prep Players is a consulting service and does not, in any way, guarantee that the Athlete will secure an athletic scholarship. The Athlete acknowledges that it is within the sole discretion of the College to offer the Athlete scholarship oppurtunities.

    Simply ensure that the information that you are about to enter is truthful, accurate, and error free. This information will be used in the evaluation process as well as given to potential college coaches and recruiting staff. After receiving your information, Primetime Prep Players consulting staff will thoroughly review and discuss the individual options that are available to you. A member of our organization will contact you shortly, until then, continue to stay focused on your education and athletic conditioning. These are two of the most important factors at this stage in your athletic career.
